Terrible. Outages all the time (5 times in the last 2 months). I wish I could get electricity from anyone else but they are the only provider for my address. EDIT: 7. One was scheduled in advance. The employees are super nice but that does not make up for this company's inability to reliably provide electricity, as an electric service provider.
