I had a little mishap the other night making a salad and bounced my sharp knife off my left index finger 2nd knuckle. I wasn't going to go to the ER (NO place around me has an urgent care) but my husband was worried about it so we went in to the Milan ER at the Sullivan County Memorial Hospital. Valerie was on duty this night and she was such a gem! She was kind, fast, and talked to me as if I was a friend!!
