The first time I went I had Staphony I think that’s her name (service rep). She was EXCELLENT !! This time I came I had Edwin who knew I knew NOTHING about anything. I told him the problem that was wrong with the car which was a fuse and also park assist kept appearing on. At first he said nothing was wrong then…. He called and said, you have a fuse which keep popping out and it will cost $399.00 plus tax ( of course). I knew nothing about fuses. I knew the problem because…. Rip off and scam artists, they'll sell you a car and hide all the issues and claim you caused them. if i could leave a 0/5 star review i would have.
