The first time I went I had Staphony I think that’s her name (service rep). She was EXCELLENT !! This time I came I had Edwin who knew I knew NOTHING about anything. I told him the problem that was wrong with the car which was a fuse and also park assist kept appearing on. At first he said nothing was wrong then…. Rip off and scam artists, they'll sell you a car and hide all the issues and claim you caused them. if i could leave a 0/5 star review i would have.

We needed service on a used Chevy purchased out of town last year. It developed a problem that potentially made it unsafe to drive and the local Chevy dealership couldn’t give us a service appointment until the next week. They couldn’t promise that the car would even be looked at on the day of the appointment. You don’t get a loaner car until they’ve determined what the problem is and how long they’re going to have to keep it. I spent almost 2 hours waiting for an oil change and 1 tire patch and I was the only person there! Very pour service there and management doesn't care. After I received my car it wasn't wipe down from the wash and now I'll have water spots and they changed my settings on my dash! Why would they change them!?
