We needed service on a used Chevy purchased out of town last year. It developed a problem that potentially made it unsafe to drive and the local Chevy dealership couldn’t give us a service appointment until the next week. They couldn’t promise that the car would even be looked at on the day of the appointment. I spent almost 2 hours waiting for an oil change and 1 tire patch and I was the only person there! Very pour service there and management doesn't care. After I received my car it wasn't wipe down from the wash and now I'll have water spots and they changed my settings on my dash! Why would they change them!?
Very grateful to have come across the great people that work here! Tim from service was great, and everyone is very kind, professional and helpful. I was stuck in a bind, and there was no hesitation in getting assistance! I would highly recommend purchasing and servicing your vehicle at Sullivan Cadillac Service and Parts!
