Alex has been my service advisor since the beginning, and has always done exactly what he has said and has had my vehicle back on time every time. The Sullivan team has been a pleasure to work with.
So far this dealership has been awesome the communication is amazing and they seem not to screw there customers over like the other general motors Chevrolet dealership down the road please stay clear of them... general motors has a open ticket out on my vehicle but I have told them I dropped my vehicle off 1x at Sullivan ok and beyond there control and we all know shit happens they got behind short staffed and never got to look at my vehicle.... very apologetic very caring staff and when I went in to the dealership service d... read more
