So far this dealership has been awesome the communication is amazing and they seem not to screw there customers over like the other general motors Chevrolet dealership down the road please stay clear of them... general motors has a open ticket out on my vehicle but I have told them I dropped my vehicle off 1x at Sullivan ok and beyond there control and we all know shit happens they got behind short staffed and never got to look at my vehicle.... very apologetic very caring staff and when I went in to the dealership service d... read more
Our experience with Sullivan Buick GMC was perfect, our car was repaired to perfect condition. I'm very impressed with Craig Small our service advisor, he repeatedly went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly .
The waiting area is conveniently located and the quests are commented with hot and cold drinks and very clean restrooms
