I had the same experience Chris came out in December 2017 to quote the job 4 months later still haven't heard back from him. I have called and left messages but nobody will return the call. Why not call the customer and say you've passed on bidding the job? Just a crummy way to do business. Very nice on the quote but nothing but hot air ever came from it. Look else where is what I recommend. I got Gozzo remodel in West Hartford to do the bathroom and kitchen remodel.
