One of the worst retail experiences of my life and I am not young. First, they claimed that my car had to have it’s interior detailed before they worked on it, for which they wanted to charge me $500. As i make less than $500/hr. I elected to do it myself. I got setup and they closed. I put my stuff for detailing it and they told me to leave it there. When I came back it had been moved. When I went to detail the car I bought supplies at the local walmart. I needed an extension cord of 25 ft. Or more. I elected to get the goo... read more

Took a 2021 rogue for an oil change nothing wrong with the car prior to the oil change. Next day the car wouldn’t start after awhile got it started and got it to the shop they said oh it’s only a spark plug change just 1 by the way. Next couple days it overheats while my daughter is driving it and blows a gasket. So we clearly had a bad oil change after these series of events, they blamed my daughter and the service manager spoke horrifically to the both us, clearly having issues with woman. But in speaking with several repu... read more

I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. They sold me a truck that per their shop mechanics was not even done being serviced, on the buyers guide it said "slight idle issue" 30 minutes after getting home the engine light came on. Mechanics at vanhorn couldnt figure it out so shipped it to ******** where they said they FELT i had an aftermarket camshaft. Turns out, the camshaft and lifters are bad once I had my private mechanic overlook it. Which the general manager joe told me to stop having other mechanics look at i... read more

We Just bought a Nissan Pathfinder from ****** ***of Nissan in Cookeville. He did an excellent job of explaining everything and taking his time with us. He is very friendly, easy to talk with and he made the purchase go smooth. It is not something l like to do, buying a vehicle, but he made it very pleasent.

Got new tires put on. SUV was not riding good. Went back these new tires are not good. Pulling feels like sliding on the road. The old ones did not have any issues. Was told my struts collapsed because was bad. I was like how, why now, I come here all the time, I got no warning from you. I took it to another place for 2 opinion. They said it was damaged, we will not fix it, go back to place that did your tires because they used a machine that over extended the airflow for struts. I called back and Nissan refused the claim an... read more

By far the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Our sales gentleman was VERY sweet, but upon receiving the offer for our trade-in, I declined and said we would not be purchasing the new vehicle. While I was explaining this to our salesman, the gentleman that was running our numbers behind the desk started making comments. I was invited into the office to speak. This gentleman’s name is SEAN R***. Mind you - I am a petite young female holding my 1 year old son. This very large gentleman begins explaining to me how bad... read more

Do not go to this Dealership-not nice Finance, etc staff. Tried to get my Gap Insurance refund, after I refinanced my Nissan Sentra. After 2 hour wait, a Finance dept person took me and my son into his office and told me they no longer give gap refunds because I did not pay for it, very rudely and then walked us out of his office. I told him we paid for the gap with our loan that was paid when we refinanced. He would not even acknowledged me talking, just walked away. The dealership owes approx $800.00, for gap refund - what... read more

My son (17) just spent all of his savings ($10K) on a 2018 **** Escape. Looked like a safe, reliable vehicle but lasted less than two months. Ended up having a cracked engine. I knew they were under no legal obligation to do anything but they had zero interest in helping out with anything having to do with it. $10K down the drain in 40 days.

First let me say my Salesman was great, but the dealership did a bait and switch on me. I purchased a used ********** and on all the advertisements it states the car I was buying was a Pre Owned Certified vehicle which gives you extra warranty coverage. But then while you're closing the deal they tell you it's not certified, it just means it's eligible to be certified for an extra $1000 dollars So they lied and mislead me on my purchase. Buyer beware!
