I’ll make this short and to the point. If you want carbon monoxide leaking into your attic and home from SBB’s HVAC contractor’s shoddy work then build a home with them. Otherwise, don’t. They take zero self accountability for issues and pass the blame completely to their contractors.
I would never build with them again. My experience has been extremley upleasant from the beginning. Don't judge a book by the cover!! No stars given, but had to check one star in order to make the post.
Recently bought my first house from them and I can honestly say it is everything I was expecting. They provide quality work and excellent customer service. Special thanks to Jason our salesman for all the help and support.
Jason at King Oak Village does an awesome job. We appreciated his patience w us as we decided on which house we wanted. He showed us each floor plan to be sure we made the right decision. We're happy w our decision to move into a Sullivan Brothers home.
