I’m a recently retired military pilot, and while traveling to Dallas for my new job, I had an issue with one of my tires. Brandon and his team at Sullivan Auto stopped what they were doing to fit me in, and Mr. Toney personally took the time to help me out and get me safely back on the road. My hat’s off to people like this—honest, hardworking, and kind. I’m very happy with the service I received and highly recommend them. Great people all around. Thank you!!
Stranded on the road in need of two tires. Tony couldn’t find them until I suggested a distributor which had 8 in stock. I was willing to pay the road tax, about $80 higher than home. He then ordered two tires and I made arrangements to stay the night. Called at 11:00 the next day, they were there so I made my way back. They were to replace two right side tires.
