Will not show up on time and ignores phone calls. I would definitely not recommend Sullins. Mr. Sullins came over and gave me a bid on a roof repair. We agreed on a price and that he would show up on the following Tuesday. He was a NO SHOW. I have tried calling him several times every day and now it’s Friday and he is still ghosting my calls. I would definitely not recommend.
