I had an amazing experience today at the store thanks to Brandon. He was very passionate and knowledgeable about skincare, and helpful with recommending products to improve my existing routine. I left with a full basket and lots of information. I will certainly be back to see him!
I had Pooja help me with a skin analysis, and she was extremely knowledgeable, personable and funny. I’m a skincare aficionado myself, and Pooja’s recommendations and reasoning really impressed me because you can tell she knows what she’s talking about and is committed to helping people have wonderfully clear skin as well. She sold me on 3 different items: EqualBerry Plumping serum, Anua Ceramide Rice toner, and Anua Rice Moisturizing Milk. Stopped by the Eaton Centre location this past weekend and Logan was an absolute sweetheart. He fully helped me craft my morning and evening routines based on product I already had, and products I was missing. Such a lovely exchange. Thank you Logan!!!
Good quality products, and very nice staff, a worker named Jason who was cleaning some shelves was nice enough to stop and assist me in finding Concealer even though it was like right beside him haha, and was very friendly and kind about it the whole way through, and even offered to help with anything else if needed afterwards!
