The customer service was top-notch!! Shoutout to Hriday for going above and beyond, thank you so much. Also the sale was amazing. This was my first time visiting but this wasn’t just a makeup store but also sold many k-pop merchs and other cute stuff. All BT21 was 55% off so I ended up buying a cute pouch
I love visiting Sukoshi because they always have such a great variety of K-beauty products and other cute stuff. I had an amazing experience today thanks to Hriday—he was super helpful and went out of his way to help me and my friends with the photo booth. Even though it was close to closing, he still made sure we could capture a memoriable moment together. Really appreciate the exceptional customer service, Hriday!!!
I visited Sukoshi mart and Greeshma assisted me during my visit. She was very friendly, helped me out and offered great service! I did not have knowledge about korean skin products and wanted some advise about products to clear my acne and dark spots. It helped me to decide easily and the products were really good. Her customer service was outstanding and Definitely deserves recognition for her great work.
Recently bought a few plushies from the store and they had exactly what I needed. The staff were also very friendly. One of their employees, Greeshma in particular I believe was very patient and helpful in finding everything that I needed. Would 10/10 recommend to everyone.
