After trying in vain to find an excellent hairdresser I found Toni and Guy in Newcastle (formerly Suki). The staff are exceptional and environment out of the box. A lovely calming atmosphere as you gaze out the high floor to ceiling windows to the gorgeous park across the road. I recommend the experience.
Roz is a magician!! She is amazing, listened to everything I wanted and gave me the absolute perfect cut that I’m obsessed with. She understood what I wanted and gave me her professional opinion, was super welcoming and was great with any questions I had. 10/10 highly recommend

Absolute bloody rip off $325 for half ahead of foils to only leave very disappointed. They say they are The blonde specialist does not look blonde to me. Your sincerely very unhappy partner of long-term customer who travels for an hour to your salon has done for years. Never again I have to work 12 hours not two hours to get that kind of money. daughter got home from school and could not even tell her mother had been to the salon trying to have a colour change absolute bloody rip off and disgraceful job.
Had such a lovely experience here today! I received a wash and blowdry from Lexie, her customer service was beautiful and she did an amazing job. Andre was also so accomodating and kind, really amazing customer service. Overall, such a nice experience.
