I visited Sukhi Bath Motors to purchase a car based on a friend’s referral. Unfortunately, my experience with the dealership was extremely disappointing and unprofessional from start to finish. From the very beginning, the process lacked transparency. Horrible experience. They don't respect the customers at all. We had pinged to visit regarding a vehicle and when we reached, they said that vehicle is not available anymore. Also, it looked like they had posted in a female account but the person I was actually talking to was a male guy. We didn't understand why they need to impersonate someone else to sell cars. I had an interesting time buying a vehicle, As Is, As Is, repeated over 20 times. I went back to show them all the work I had done, and how happy I was, but they had a radio station there, and were all TOO SCARED to come outside. The deal was good in my opinion, the ppw was not, over 3 hrs after paying just to get outta there. FYI guys when someone drives into your parking lot, and you don't say hello . . YOU are leaving money on the table.
