So disappointed and scared, can’t stop wheezing. I’m currently at an Urgent Care because the Dr won’t take the time to response to his nurse’s request to call in a prescription. Calls started early Monday morning, it’s now Thursday afternoon. Will be seeking a new pulmonologist.
I would not recommend. Been trying for 2 months yo get them to send a pre Auth to insurance for a prescription. I have called almost every day always told ot will be tomorrow. I was told several days in a roe the Dr is in clinic and will be in tomorrow. Each day I call back and nothing is done. I was told it was done and sent in then the next day they said they never received a request for the pharmacy.
