Ordered 20 rotis, the lady on the phone said, it would take 20 mins. We got there in 25, and we have been waiting for the last 25 mins for the rotis! Still no sign of rotis! Crappy service - they kept lying that the rotis were “almost ready”. They will understand the value customer experience once customers find places better than Sukhadia’s for a better response and service. Edit: It took a total of 50 minutes to bring us rotis!

We traveled from Pennsylvania and purchased cashew katli on June 14th as a takeaway order. Upon opening it at home, we found that it was dry, not fresh, and had an unusual taste. This was a very disappointing experience. Based on this, I would not recommend purchasing this item.
