Dr. Pachaidee includes me in my treatment, providing options and explaining the options, and answering questions/concerns. She is also very quick to respond to questions posted in the My Chart app.
Don’t be fooled by her smile. This doctor is condescending and dismisses my health concerns as if it is all in my head. Rheumatologists are in high demand in our area, and this doctor is super knowledgeable, but she’s not the most patient or kind person. Despite her attitude and insults, I stay because of the severity of my case (I have very complex chronic conditions) and limited insurance coverage. I’m actively looking for a new rheumatologist. The office staff is great and makes dealing with her a bit easier.
Recently saw Dr. Pachaidee for my routine visit. Dr. Pachaidee is amazing. She is an excellent doctor and is an expert in her field. She listens, explains and is compassionate. You know that she cares about you. Thankful and blessed that she is my doctor.

Dr is Great. She is amazing. However who ever is handling prescriptions is another thing. I have been chasing them for over two weeks now and nothing has been done. I have left messages and phone calls to just get a prior authorization form turned into Cigna and they can't do it. I am out of medication that I have to take daily for my severe arthritis. Its very upsetting to have to chase people and then they cannot do it. I am so frustrated with their system.
