Terrible Dr. No compassion. Did not want to help me. Told me I have old lady pain. Found a new rheumatologist who put me on a med that has helped me .
Dr. Pachaidee includes me in my treatment, providing options and explaining the options, and answering questions/concerns. She is also very quick to respond to questions posted in the My Chart app.
Don’t be fooled by her smile. This doctor is condescending and dismisses my health concerns as if it is all in my head. Rheumatologists are in high demand in our area, and this doctor is super knowledgeable, but she’s not the most patient or kind person. Despite her attitude and insults, I stay because of the severity of my case (I have very complex chronic conditions) and limited insurance coverage. I’m actively looking for a new rheumatologist. The office staff is great and makes dealing with her a bit easier.
