An awesome super inclusive space! They offer a variety of classes at different levels so it’s nice to know what you are getting into. Nicole P is such a great instructor and does fun, themed rides sometimes! Highly recommend checking out suka spin!!

Recently tried a spin class for the first time and thought it was a great space and experience! There’s a variety of bikes for different preferences/heights plus some great tunes and fun instruction to keep the energy and motivation up. I will be back for more and it’s so nice to have a friendly and convenient place to enjoy a spin class. Appreciated the clean environment and fans as well! Great cardio option to have in addition to the Suka Fit fitness classes that are offered at the other location.

West Kelowna needed a spin studio - and Suka Fit filled that need and opened a great studio! Shout out to Saturday morning classes with Jordan! Her music selection is great and the class is perfect for all spin levels! All instructors are extremely welcoming.
