Dr. Reddy was recommended to me by a dear friend. Dr. Reddy and his staff were so caring and knowledgeable. Nuse Latosha put me at ease and Dr. Reddy explained everything. He is personable and kind!! He and his staff took great care of me!
I was given no aftercare notes or any instructions of any kind or expectations when leaving this appointment for a bladder scope. I encountered a serious negative symptom/reaction almost immediately that was very concerning, I was unable to reach anyone and when I finally did get a response the nurse was unprofessional, dismissive and just plain rude. I would not recommend this office to a friend. I canceled all follow up appointments. I will not be returning.
