Absolutely the worst bed side manner of any doctor I've ever experienced. She doesn't want to answer your questions without attitude but is very willing to tell you all her personal issues. Do yourself a favor find another doctor.
Years ago she used to be a great doctor when she was with Christus but now , she has terrible bedside manners, lacks compassion, is very short and rude. She makes it clear that you are just a number. The NP isn't good at all, the MA Kevin doesn't clean the rooms between patients. My mother would speak so highly of her in the past however now she is disappointed in her care. I do not recommend her at all anymore. Dr. Yu could care less about her patients. Oh and she runs 2 hours behind.
Misdiagnosed me for 10 years if I could give Negative 10 stars I would NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY HAD TO FIND A REAL DR THAT KNEW WHAT THEY WERE SEEING INSTEAD OF JUDGING PRAYING I’m the only one She Has done this to. Nancy Cox was a patient from 2004 until 2014 when I was finally diagnosed right LEFT HER AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE AND IF YOUR SMART FIND A NEW DOCTOR
Rude, unprofessional, and uncaring. I took my 90-year-old father for dementia on a referral from his primary care doctor. When I was telling Jason about the hallucinations and delusions he turned to my father and said "What's your side of the story?" like a judge on one of those Divorce Court TV shows. And then he said "Alzheimer's I guess." I asked if they would be doing further testing like a brain scan or something and was told it wasn't necessary so that's all we're left with "Alzheimer's I guess" as a diagnosis.
I’ve been three times and they have not talked to me what i came for. They keep asking questions about Migraines. I’m not having migraines nor did i go to see this doctor for that. This is my third visit and if things don’t get better when I see PA or doctor this will be my last.
