It’s called block therapy, but it really should be called unblock therapy. I didn’t fully know what to expect from Connor’s two-hour block therapy session. I went in hopeful that I would get the issues with my body addressed. I left feeling lighter, more open—in both body and mind—and so much happier. Connor is phenomenal and knows his stuff! His Block Therapy Workshop was a revelation for me. I was able to increase the space in my diaphragmatic area which increased my singing capacity! I also released some stuck emotions during the session and felt lighter and freer in my body when I left. I would highly recommend Connor’s somatic offerings, he is truly gifted.
It was a great experience with the new method for me. The combination of massage, detox at the same time and explanation made a great experience, which I will recommend to everyone.
