I believe the doctor does unnessary procedures to line his pockets. He sent me 252 Matlock and did a procedure there that could and should have been done in his office, but instead it was done in a hospital to charge me more. The staff there were horrible. They had my bottom exposed and had the door open talking to each other. They put iodoine all over me and did not wipe it off after the procedure and told me to put my clothes on. Only met Dr. Acharya briefly for a pre-procedure appointment so this review is more directed at the administration/care coordination staff. I had asked multiple times about insurance coverage for doctor and facility and was not given an answer. A week prior to the procedure appointment I was told I would need to call to verify insurance coverage, so I did and found out the facility is out or network.
