My father was in the hospital this past week and wound up needing pulmonary care. This “doctor” came in with an attitude and only checked vitals and read notes others had taken. When my father asked if he was going to listen to his lungs, the “doctor” told him no and walked out slamming the door. The nurse, Lorraine (she was very kind) was even taken aback by that action. How the “doctor” managed to chart a legitimate and true note is beyond me since he didn’t do anything but show aggression.
Office personnel has lack of communication manners. Generally speaking, rude and not professional office.
