It doesn’t deserve a star. Long wait time they don’t go as appointment time. Very unprofessional staff and Provider. Even staff said that they take to long in seeing patients.
The gentleman that’s the receptionist is very rude wouldn’t let me fix my card to pay for the copay but instead he said here you go and gave me a rescheduling card and never was patient 0/10 don’t recommend
I called this office four times before finally reaching someone (a woman named Kate or Katy or maybe Tate). I was calling because I was experiencing serious side effects from a medication, and my primary care doctor advised me to contact my cardiologist’s office for guidance. Instead of being placed through to the doctor or even a nurse, this staff member started giving me medical advice herself , including medication I could buy at the pharmacy, and what to stop taking and what to do if I didn’t improve in a few days. Wonderful Doctor and Staff. Never felt rushed ,answered all my questions and allayed my fears. This is an awesome office for me since I'm quite a big chicken !
Dr. Balulad did my cardiac ablation; later she installed my pacemaker. I trust her implicitly; she is knowledgeable, professional, and reassuring, just when it's needed most! SIX stars if it were possible!
