I visited this office for the first time with the expectation of receiving professional care and attention, but unfortunately , my experience was disappointing from the very beginning, The front office gentleman was unwelcoming, unresponsive, and made little to no effort to communicate effectively. New patient here. If I am being honest I did not start off having a lot of hope because I had a rather bad interaction with someone on the phone that almost caused me to cancel my appointment. I decided to stick it out and I am glad I did. I am a patient in my 40s and I have found that my prior cardiologist and ep had a tendency to pass off a lot of my concerns about my afib due to it not being life threating. We loved doctor balulad and her assistant both excellent but the one person at the desk check out has never been friendly or helpful or nice
Dealing with Dr. Balulad personally is ok, but her office staff is terrible, and I hold her responsible for them, for she knows what is going on. The first time I went there in 2024 I saw her, and EKG was taken, and when I asked her for a copy of it, she told me to ask at the desk. When I asked the man at the desk, he told me they didn't have any paper. I asked him how they could not have any paper, and that there was a Super Walmart 5 minutes down the road.
