My daughter is now 8 years old and was first seen by Dr. Patel when she was just 3 years old after she had her first allergic reaction that traumatically brought us to the ER. Dr. Patel has shown such compassion and patience since day one and I couldn't imagine bringing her to anyone else.

My husband had to wait two months for an appointment. Fine. It was canceled due to an “emergency” the day of — fine, but pretty unfortunate given that he had gone on two weeks not using his allergy meds in order to prepare for testing and was uncomfortable. The office was not really helpful about rescheduling but eventually agreed to reschedule a couple weeks later. That appointment too was canceled a few days before. Are you kidding me???? Dr. Patel is one of the most thoughtful and thorough physicians I've ever had the pleasure to be a patient of. Yes, it's a wait to see him and yes, it's a wait when you get there and yes, the front desk team leaves much to be desired. However, in a world where we've become accustomed to converter belt medicine its wonderful to come across someone who cares, spends time with his patients and is beyond knowledgeable.
