Service was great at 1st...but after experience there service I'll never return to this company again, when we can't get a hold of our agent when something came up and then few days later she calls back. Give me a break, and when I make a appointment and you are not there ... not very happy and your excuse was something came up and this happened more than once. Hopefully someday you'll improve your customer service or find a different line of work!!!!
Adam is great. But phone calls aren't being returned, don't know why. Great coverage. Would give them more business if they returned my calls.
I've been with the farm bureau for the longest time, and amazing car and homeowners insurance companies ever
I was shopping for a new insurance company so I reached out to ask friends who they suggest. When talking to a good friend about the subject he shared his story about the problems he was having with his insurance company so I decided to help him navigate his claim. We went to the office and was given a phone njmber to call for the adjuster. The adjuster refused to take our calls and they are demanding title of the car. I suggest staying as far away from this place as possible. SMH.
