I just moved in recently and Krista is an absolute angel of a landlord. I feel so safe here and everyone is so respectful and kind to each other here. It is definitely a one of a kind place. Every tenant is gifted a 60 minute consultation with a business consultant, Jen, who has over 20 years in the beauty industry. Jen gave so much insight and helped me get on the right path and gave me the confidence I need to kickstart my business and network. I am so blessed to be here!

I am a suite renter here and madly in love with SuiteStyleOC I have been renting and running my tattoo studio here since the early spring of 2025 and I swear I’ve never been happier here.
