Had a horrible experience with scheduling an appointment, I had to cancel an appointment due to a unrelated skin reaction day of, the owner let me know she's going on vacation and will contact me when she is back,it's been over a month and I contacted her to ask if she's back, she won't accommodate me or give me a refund
