Communication was excellent and Scott did a great job replacing the eternabond tape on my slide roof. I'd hire them again. I hired Scott again to solve an issue with both front gutter spouts. Again, he did quality work , moving spouts forward to catch run off. He also came back at the end of the day to verify that the ac condensate was draining correctly. Scott and Katlyn are professional and did an excellent job replacing our electric cord reel. When our power went out in coach Scott came right over found the problem gave us a temporary fix. Then they worked with my extended warranty company and handled all of the submission for the new replacement part. We would highly recommend them for any issue you might have with your RV! Thank you both!
Scott & Kaitlyn are always very friendly and professional. I had my rig at the Alliance factory in 2023 for a problem with the freezer door not closing and sealing correctly. I was told that the manufacturer knows there is a problem. The fix was to put some slits in the rubber seal so it would be a better fit around the door when it closed. This worked as long as you slammed the door shut. Scott found the problem and all it needed was an adjustment at the end of the track so the door would close properly.
