It has been three years that this company has not replaced or fixed the washer and dryers in the apartments tenants live in.We as tenants should be treated equal and not discriminated against. At 505 15th Ave. S.W. security door will not shut it is broken. We have no maintenance now to fix what is broken. this needs to change or we will get a petition and have tenants sign it and refuse to pay rent. We also will bring petition to City Hall along with pictures what is broken and not fixed.
