Wonderful Experience with the Suite Experience Group. Had 20, 16 year olds at the Brooklyn Nets game in a suite for my Sons’ birthday. Both Hannah Whitney and Emma Schmillen of SEG were extremely helpful. They both went above and beyond when there was an issue with the TicketMaster site and we had trouble accessing our tix. Owners Suite visitors side, the service was better last year than this year October 12th 2025, our butler didn't know anything , we asked him last year we had free gifts for our Suite where is the stuff, towels , hats etc. He said he didnt know , then I asked for shots for the group , he said he cant do shots , he didnt know why , we asked for Pacifico, he said he didn't know why they didnt have any , absolutely useless , the food downstairs for vips , was gross , steaks were cold I had to spit it out , the waitress we asked... read more
