My experience at salon 20 was great! My stylist took the time to hear my concerns about my hair and made some good suggestions. The staff there is very friendly and professional, and you can't beat the prices. The manager was there and he was very friendly as well. I will def be going back again. A+++

Suite 20 Salon Day Spa in Decatur, GA was very disappointing – I was really upset at suite 20 day salon spa in Decatur GA. Suite 20 Spa is the worst salon I've ever taken myself or my family to, definitely the worst hair salon or spa in the Decatur, GA or greater Atlanta, GA area. Worst Salon Experience Ever – They place seemed a little run down and tacky for a spa, but the prices were reasonable so I gave it a try. I received horrible service from Lavonda, and when I went to the manager about it, Ceasar Gaiter, he was rude and insulting. At the same time I was trying to talk with him about my service, another employee was coming in and complaining they were never paid. The whole thing felt unprofessional and surreal.
