We have been using Suite 1000 for years for our companies answering service and they are top notch! Always delivering messages quickly and they give our clients good information. I highly recommend!
They pride themselves in being a "family oriented" place but did not experience this when I was 6 months in and my sister went into labor on New Years Day was not allowed the time off before the baby was born which they could have afforded to grant seeing as I finally got the time off from the acting supervisor on duty since holidays are lower volumes than usual. There is definitely a lot of favoritism. You could have time accrued for time off but cannot take unless YOU find your own coverage. Management does this everywhere... read more
