Two days before my wedding, I was scheduled to pick up my tux jacket and bow tie from Suit Vault. When I arrived, I was told that no bow tie had been included in my order. That was fine — they had one available for hire at an extra $10. When the assistant brought out my jacket, I asked to try it on before leaving.
