I called looking for someone to talk to. On the website it says no one is ever turned away no matter insurance or financial situation. I was talking to the lady and she asked if I'd be using insurance. I said yes, if they accept it. I tell her my insurance and she said "we don't accept that insurance" and then said "have a good day" and hung up. If I could give no stars, I would. If that was said to someone in crisis looking for help, it could have devastating consequences
