Did not listen to me at all about my concerns during the visit, or about the specifics of the lab work I needed done for a new job. So condescending and dominating in the conversation by degrading me for my age (went on a "you young people rant"). Doctors need to be good at listening. No compassion or bedside manner whatsoever. Was way more concerned about payment method than my reason for visit...The worst experience I've ever had with a Dr's visit.
I am extremely disappointed, frustrated and angry with the Dr. Sui's staff, who claimed my Annual physical incorrectly as illness and refused to help and i ended up paying money which i am not supposed to pay.

The staff are horrible. I waited 4 days for the Dr to answer my question. Today after calling 5 times I asked the staff if they ask the doctor and they hung up on me. I called many times and they did not answer. This place is a joke. Very rude and nasty staff. I need blood pressure medication and I have to keep on calling and asking for a refill. Last time took them 10 days to call the pharmacy. I won't be surprise if someone file a lawsuit. I'm changing my doctor. Careless & nasty staff.
Really tricky doctor, he only looks for money but not the patient's condition. Each time he usually spent less than 3 minutes with me then ordered a lab work, quick and simple, then charged me SEVERAL HUNDRED dollars. He then always asked me to revisit to tell me the self explanatory printed result. His real motivation is for charging another SEVERAL HUNDRED $. His billing is always a mess: always submitted wrong code to insurance. The most irresponsible doc I've ever met. Please avoid him.
Sent my blood works to the lab which is not my required and out-of-network to cause me pay much. The front desk people is not friendly also.
They over charged me every time. I had to shout at the secretary to get my money back. I had enough of it.
