I was impressed w/Dr. Alam. This was my first visit/encounter w/her. I was looking to see a doctor for my Tinnitus condition, and I was referred to her office by another doctors' office. She was both kind and professional. She answered all my questions and I did not feel rushed as can sometimes be the case. Even though I was a new patient she seemed legitimately concerned. The office staff were also kind and professional. The wait time for both the waiting room and patient room were minimal.

Dr. Alam is awesome. She took her time and explained everything to me about my two year old son needing tubes. She answered all my questions and was very comforting! Also I want to mention nurse Mark is hands down the sweetest man! He was very hands on with my son who was very nervous and scared to have a camera up his nose. Mark took his time with my son and I and made us feel very comfortable and welcomed. We can’t thank Doctor Alam and Mark enough for giving us such a great experience today

I saw Dr. Suhyla yesterday about a concern with my throat. My breast doctor, who I’m seeing for an exam, suggested I start with an ENT. Dr. Suhyla was okay, but she dismissed everything I said, even though my breast doctor indicated there was an issue and advised me to get it checked before my mammogram. I fear it may be my lymph nodes, so I was already scared and upset. She then wanted to put a camera up my nose to examine my throat, but she didn’t numb me first.
