I found Dr. Alam to be extremely patient, thorough and professional. She spent time to thoroughly understand my issue. She also spent time explaining the treatment details and next steps. I came away, very pleased that my treatment plan is exactly what I needed. I also found everyone in her office to be very pleasant and professional.

I visited this doctor based on a recommendation from a close friend, but unfortunately, the experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. I genuinely wish I had checked the reviews beforehand. My father had an ear infection and needed urgent medical attention, which is why we went ahead without doing any background check. I recently took my grandmother to see Dr. Alam for a throat infection, and I am extremely disappointed and distressed by the experience. During the examination, a procedure involving inserting a tube into her throat was carried out in a very rough and insensitive manner. My grandmother, who is elderly, was clearly in significant pain and distress, and began to cry and scream. An absolutely dismissive woman who has poor bedside manner as a doctor. I would never recommend her and if you dream of taking your children there just know that you would regret it. That would be a nightmare. Just please get second, third and fourth opinions before you proceed. Heed my warning and don’t end up with a busted nostril from a butcher with a scalpel parading as an ENT of all ages. I’m scarred for life and there’s nothing I can do she won’t help me and she scopes without numbing down to a three year old.
