suspect return policy along with uninformed clerk! please teach your staff return policy etiquette.
Was a regular customer, but over holiday learned only store credit for returns and only 30 days to use. Such unusual policy should be conveyed to customer at time of sale.
Great gifts however questionable/sneaky return policy. You cannot return items for a refund. You get a store credit which has a 30 day limit. None of this information is relayed to the customer.
I love being able to find local and unique gifts here for my family and friends (and sometimes myself!). One of my favorite spots, in both Birmingham and Traverse City.
Small business Saturday & your not open at 9:00 am...? SAD!
