Japchae, Japchae, Japchae. Sweet potatoes noodles with beef. Any one who likes Asian food must try. Our waitress Kora was phenomenal. She took pictures of us in there photo booth. We were given free appetizers to try from owner. They have Korean Barbeque that costs more and takes time. I think that Fort Collins food scene leaves more to be desired.
