Japchae, Japchae, Japchae. Sweet potatoes noodles with beef. Any one who likes Asian food must try. Our waitress Kora was phenomenal. She took pictures of us in there photo booth. We were given free appetizers to try from owner. They have Korean Barbeque that costs more and takes time. I think that Fort Collins food scene leaves more to be desired. Great, unique menu. The food is fantastic, service is over the top. Great atmosphere also.
If you’re looking for authentic Korean barbecue, Suh Sushi Korean BBQ is about as close as you’re going to get without actually being in South Korea. I’ve had Korean barbecue in Korea, and the flavors here are right on point. Nothing tastes watered down or substituted—the food has that same authentic flavor I remember. The hospitality is excellent, the food is great, and the whole experience makes you want to come back. Definitely one of those places I’ll keep returning to.
