THANK YOU!! THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!! To all 3 ladies that had a part with getting my husband’s “DAD” ring fixed. Right from the first time I came in to look at rings to the delivery of my ring, they came through for me. That’s right, you read it right. Really disappointed by trying to support a small local business. My now husband purchased my engagement ring from Su Gold. A little over a year later 2 small diamonds fell out of the band. I returned it to be fixed (on my dime I didn't expect them to fix it over a year after purchase). Received the ring back the exact 2 diamonds fell out within 48 hours. Returned it again to have it fixed. Same thing, same 2 diamonds fell back out immediately. I was then told that it was a design flaw of the ring that the band was too small ... read more
