If i could leave no stars I would. I came here today for a tranvaginal ultrasound, I was already very anxious and uncomfortable. I go in and the tech tells me to take off my clothes on my lower half (protocol of course) she gives me this teeny tiny plastic sheet to drape over myself which is see through. Ok whatever she probably sees a lot of this In a day. She comes and performs the ultrasound on my stomach she’s there maybe 45 seconds then says “ok the gynaecologist is going to come in to talk to you” I said umm what? (Of ... read more
My experience at SUGO was excellent and I would never settle for a generic medical imaging clinic again for a gynaecological ultrasound. The technician communicated very well and was considerate of my pain and comfort. She was able to call in a doctor to help and he was also fantastic. The report was sent to my GP very quickly. Thank you SUGO.
If it hadn’t been for the knowledgeable staff my wife may have died. People are constantly complaining about our health care in my opinion anyone who chooses this field is a special person.
