I was originally referred to this clinic last summer after experiencing abnormal symptoms for years along with a pretty rough cyst rupture (ultrasound findings after it’d occurred showed signs of a probable endometrioma). Book somewhere else. They took almost two hours for a ultrasound because they used me to train two separate techs. They couldn't complete the scan so I need to do this work again. They failed to provide my doctor or my clinic with the needed files so I had to pay a cancellation fee. They are now not answering my calls or my doctors calls.

I had an incredible experience at the SUGO Clinic this week during my endometriosis ultrasound. From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in good hands. The receptionist greeted me with such warmth and patience, and my partner was welcomed into the treatment room for emotional support and note-taking, which meant so much to me.
