One of the receptionist I spoke with who is originated from India is very very rude. I shared with them past results of 2 different types of ultra- sounds. One of the result was in my email and it was pictures. She told me they don’t take pictures & I have to send the report which I sent the next day. What a wonderful place to have an ultrasound! The staff and equipment are truly outstanding. I’d like to start by mentioning that I became ill and needed to reschedule my appointment. They called me back within minutes, spoke with another patient, and were able to switch their appointment with mine. I really appreciated how quickly and kindly they handled it. I had such an amazing experience here today. I was extremely nervous and the ultrasound tec I had was so patient and gentle she explained everything to me and let me see the screen many times. The doctor I had was also amazing took her time and explained everything and also showed me everything. I was there for 2 hours being scanned and they made the experience very comfortable. I highly recommend!
Expect to come for your appointment on time but are made to wait 30+ minutes to actually be seen. Ridiculous.
