I’ve been waiting nearly five months for my ultrasound appointment, and I’m extremely disappointed with how this clinic handled my booking. I live an hour and a half away, and when I arrived for my appointment, I was told it had been rescheduled .Apparently because they had “left me a message.” I never received any call, voicemail, or email about this change. I had the most validating, gentle and informative appointment at the SUGO clinic with Dr. Brad Sullivan and Dr. Leonardi. If you are lucky to get a referral to this clinic, it really is life changing. Nerves will be left at the door and every detail will be reviewed and explained with care.
I found this to be a professional and friendly place. I had an ultrasound by “the man” and he was extremely respectful and kind.
If I could give this a negative star I would my wife is pregnant and her appointment was set for 4:30, and now I just found out there was 2 other people set for 4:30. Ok sure fine, but my wife made it there early for the appointment at 3:45 she went in no one else was there so I thought it would have been fast nope, she is waiting to go get the ultrasound done, and the 2 other people came in after her and your telling me she is going last? She has been waiting there for 30 minutes and the other 2 got in with a 5 minute wait?... read more
The staff were very kind and helpful. The doctor was so wonderful and had such great bedside manner, he just put me at ease. Amazing how he could tell me what he was seeing while he was doing the ultrasound. I know a more in depth look happened afterward but even just some form of validation during the appointment really really helped.
