Do not use Suggs! I made the mistake of using Suggs for 2.5 years on a vacation home. I finally did a survey on similar homes and found out I was paying 4-5 times more in propane costs despite having a top of the line HVAC system that was 2.5 years old. Mr. ***** called and said that all of his gas leaked out and he couldn't have used all that since the last time he had a delivery. He asked if we would check for a leak. We had the driver stop by and check his tank. He had only used 4% of the gas we delivered 3 weeks before. With the weather in the 20's and 30's at night that was not very much gas to be used. Company tells customers to wait until 20% propane is left in tank before calling. When I did this, I was told by Vicky that they may not be able to fill the tank for over 1 week. I informed her I would run out before then. She continued to argue and then handed the phone to someone else. The man verified what Vicky said. I expressed my concern.
