First time I had an unpleasant experience this afternoon. The guy Technician started off by cutting the nails good, but failed to cut or push the cuticles back. When i asked for that service, it was completely done unprofessional and not in its entirety. Getting the pedicure wasn’t good at all. The Tech Maria stated that she filed, cut, pushed back the cuticles, in which she didn’t. She seemed very upset that she was woken out of her sleep to do a job. Look at my face I specifically told the lady doing my eyebrows that I wanted it thick and arched... and she proceeded to wax all my eyebrows off... then she charged me for it... she ruined my eyebrows and the gaslight me and told me it's cute and it will grow back... it will take over a month to grow back... this is a terrible place and I'm so hurt... look at my face omg, I can't believe them... I'll be disputing the charge... they have no integrity or customer service...
