Unkind to stressed-out brides. Sorry, I have to agree with Elizabeth. Snotty, condescending company. They make no bones about the fact that they "don't compete on price" (read: are the most expensive), so if you ask about prices more than once they get really pissy. Don't get me wrong: The tents are beautiful. But you will pay through the nose for it and get treated like a peasant if you so much as inquire about prices. In ten years I won't remember what my tent looked like, but I will remember how they treated me.
Best Customer Service & Tents Ever! Best Customer Service Ever This is one of the few companies I've ever used where they really care. I don't know what Elizabeth s is talking about. She must have been looking for a cheap old mildewed tent. This company had gorgeous immaculate tents! And the owner himself came out the afternoon before my wedding to check on things since it had rained. Everyone I dealt with there was WONDERFUL!
Horrible Customer Service To me, a test of a good company is its willingness to share useful information with potential customers.
