Recently, we held an engagement party for our son and future daughter-in-law at Sugarneck. It was absolutely wonderful! We received so many compliments on the grounds. The glamping sites provided a place for our out-of-town guest to stay. Each tent is heated and air conditioned with its own bathroom and fire pit area. I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Sugerneck. I tried to stay positive leading up to my wedding because I didn't want anyone to know how stressed and heartbroken I really was, but looking back, I feel like future couples deserve to know what happened. After I paid for my wedding package, communication with the venue manager, Alicia, often felt like I was chasing her for information instead of receiving the support I expected as a paying client.
