Would give them a 0 star but can not. This housing developer will make your new neighbors mad at you. They will destroy your future neighbors property. Not due anything about it. And leave your future neighbors with HOA fines and warnings from the damage done to their property.
Deceiving sales tactic. The promised you can cancel contract within 30 days. We canceled within 30 days due to poor quality construction we went to see similar house in the area built by them. They kept deposit. Will never deal with this company ever again.

This was my first time building my forever home. Walked into Maronda Model home, met Ricardo and instantly felt at ease. Ricardo answered all my questions and made my family and I at home. He guided me through the upgrades and explained in detail what all the upgrades entailed. I recommend Ricardo at Maronda to anyone interested in taking the next step to building their dream home! I could not have done this so easily without his help!
