We want people to know about the sales staff at Sugarmill Woods. Specifically Ricardo. Our experience with him has been excellent. He is not pushy and listens and answers questions. I have had a few times I needed to talk to him on his day off and he almost always has gotten back to me I am not a relative nor a previous friend. We just felt very comfortable with him from the very first day we met him. I would like to add that Monica (sales) has been very helpful each time I would stop by the office.
My wife and I were looking to downsize and get out of the hustle and bustle of Tampa. Our daughter suggested we should look at the Sugarmill Woods area. We drove around the area and loved it. We were referred to Maronda Homes where we met Ricardo. He was great. He totally understood our needs and desires. From the initial tour through the entire sales process, Ricardo was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. He took the time to clearly explain all available options, answered my questions thoroughly, and communicated consistently every step of the way.
Brett and I have had the pleasure of working with Ricardo at SMW. He has been guiding us every step of the way through the house building process. We have stopped in (and emailed him) many times and he has always been happy to help with any questions we had. A friendly, knowledgeable salesman and just a nice guy. Excited to be his friend and neighbor.
Let me tell you something, Maronda homes and Ricardo Villarreal are just the best out there. Rick goes over and above in everything in the building process. He held our hands all the way from the start to finish. He has been there for us with any questions we have had. I highly recommend Maronda homes but more than that you must must must use Ric as your salesman.
