We worked with Rick Villarreal at Maronda homes in Sugarmill Woods in Homosassa, FL to purchase are new home. Rick was very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable of their products. We picked a lot they already owned and the Sierra V model with Stone. While in town visiting, my in-laws stopped by the Maronda model in Sugarmill Woods, where we met Ricardo, he answered all their questions and concerns without hesitation which made their decision to purchase a Maronda home much easier. While the house was under construction Ricardo and Chris the project manager kept both me and my in-laws up to date on the progress. I recently moved to Florida and purchased a 2016 Maronda built home in Sugarmill Woods. For a little background, this is my 13th house, 1st one in Florida. I've had 2 custom homes built in St. Louis; I was a CPA - one of my clients was a large custom home builder in St. Louis, who built my 1st home; and, I was a Realtor for 6 years in Ohio. As if 4/21 we are only at the block stage of our building experience. So far, we are thrilled with everything from the sales team, project manager and finance team to the immaculate construction site. We can’t wait to move into our new Maronda home.
