We were visiting from Chicago and we happen to see Sugar Mill Woods community and we stopped by the Maronda homes model. No one was there, but we called the number and a young lady answered and said that she would have somebody meet us there and that’s when we met Rick Villareal. It was his day off and he took the time out of his day off to show us the different homes in that community that we just fell in love with. *********BEWARE********* This place is a complete joke, they treat their vendors horrible , they withhold payments because of new policies that came into effect after work has been performed and say they won’t pay you until you update your policy. I have had to get lawyers involved and put a lien on them to get any action. They home building is very Sub par as well.
We worked with Rick Villarreal at Maronda homes in Sugarmill Woods in Homosassa, FL to purchase are new home. Rick was very professional, courteous and very knowledgeable of their products. We picked a lot they already owned and the Sierra V model with Stone. He showed us all the options and explained what they all were to help us make the proper selection based on what we wanted in our new home. Dean was our Project Manager. While in town visiting, my in-laws stopped by the Maronda model in Sugarmill Woods, where we met Ricardo, he answered all their questions and concerns without hesitation which made their decision to purchase a Maronda home much easier. While the house was under construction Ricardo and Chris the project manager kept both me and my in-laws up to date on the progress.
