I recently moved to Florida and purchased a 2016 Maronda built home in Sugarmill Woods. For a little background, this is my 13th house, 1st one in Florida. I've had 2 custom homes built in St. Louis; I was a CPA - one of my clients was a large custom home builder in St. Louis, who built my 1st home; and, I was a Realtor for 6 years in Ohio. As if 4/21 we are only at the block stage of our building experience. So far, we are thrilled with everything from the sales team, project manager and finance team to the immaculate construction site. We can’t wait to move into our new Maronda home.
From the time we first walked into Maronda Homes in Sugarmill and met Ricardo Villarreal to the present we have been treated with respect, patience, and cooperation. Ricardo's knowledge of the area and all of the homes and options available made our decision to purchase much easier. As things progress he always keeps us informed. Ricardo is a very friendly and warm individual, no pressure. He makes the process very easy to understand he treats you like a friend.
We recommend Maronda Builders They have excellent sales people like Rick who answer all your concerns and questions without hesitation or being pushy. Your sales person will help you on lot location based on your needs and concerns. Rick also was helpful in picking our colors and features. We choose the Venice model and then got to meet the Construction Manager Dean who went over all our d Details and time lines of the construction of our new home.
