Louis is wonderful. He is extremely knowledgeable, reliable and affordable. I can't say enough good things about him. He came over before we retained him to talk to my husband and me about our pool and his service. We were beyond impressed with his professionalism and dedication to his work. I love that he texts and does e-billing where you can pay with PayPal. He's the best!!!!!!
