Have used Sugarloaf Storage for several years, great value, easy access and well maintained. Dual door units provide interior access in bad weather and outside doors even easier unloading in good weather. Rick is great to work with, honest, flexible and professional.

This storage unit is definitely the best in Sunderland! The owner Rick, is a really nice fellow and will answer any questions you may have. He does his walks around and secures the area and you don't have to worry about rodents or leaks ruining your things here. We've been using his storage unit for almost 2 years now and never had a problem. Also very fair prices! Highly recommend! 😁 Thanks Rick for all that you do 🙂

It’s very clean . Rick is charming and knowledgeable about the town , and is pleasant to work with . I like that it’s set down behind a fence , off the main road . Excellent security , there are cameras at just about every corner . Prices are the best in the area for what you’re getting . IMHO
