Staff were very helpful. But the vet I saw was I felt more concerned about money and cost of services. Blood test I got done was $283 for barely 20mins of doing. When you are on the pension that's is ridiculous. My bill came to over $700. I was there for about 1hr. About half hr of that was waiting. Not impressed
I have had the luxury of having Scruffy as my companion for 18 whole years, and that is genuinely all thanks to Dr Mike and the team at Sugarland. If it wasn’t for the combined effort of the RSPCA and the vet team, scruffy would have crossed over the rainbow bridge at only 8 years old. I remember when they told me he had a 15% chance of making it through surgery but they were going to do everything they could to save him, and they did. He is the healthiest 18 year old dog anyone could ever ask for, and I think my lucky stars... read more
My little girl broke her leg and these guys have cared for her like she was their own baby. Can't thank the team enough.
Our blue boy getting stable with his diabetes has been a bit of a scare but EVERYONE at @sugarland animal hospital have been so friendly and helpful and made our fur baby comfortable while he stays to get back to normal... a big thank you to the whole team!!!
We said goodbye to our girl in the Rainbow Room of Sugarland Animal Hospital on Heidke Street, earlier this week. From arrival to woe, the vet team were fantastic with their caring and professional treatment of Molly and our distress. Many thanks to the lovely Vet who assisted us throughout the ordeal, and gave her time to debrief with us when we retrieved Molly's ashes.
