I loved my experience here! I got my eyebrows done by Bethany and she is so good and nice! The space is calming and very clean. I look forward to coming back!
I just got sugar waxed with Mindy for the first time here, and when I tell you she was so quick, I was in and out under 15 minutes for my sugar Brazilian. 10/10 I’m definitely coming here again!!!!:)

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Sugaring LA (West Hollywood location) on February 15. I am a regular client and have consistently left a $5 tip, which should be clearly reflected in my past visits. However, during this appointment, I was charged a $17 tip on a $68 service, roughly 25%, which I did not authorize. Mindy was my provider, and while I’m not sure who processed the payment at the front desk, adding a tip of that size without my consent is completely inappropriate and unacceptable.
