Although i prefer sugaring over traditional wax the staff here is hit or miss. Sometimes it’s painless and other times it’s pretty painful. Not to mention they’re VERY strict about their late policy. They will cancel you if you’re 5 mins late and will refuse to rebook you even if there’s no wait.

Update 6/5/25: Still a great place. I had Destiny as my Sugarista today. She was so nice and chatty. She did an awesome job on my full legs and underarms today. 9/12/24 Great place. It's nice and clean. Natasha was very nice and quick with my underarms. She answered all of my questions and was very informative.

I have never experienced such a rude waxer before. From the moment we met, she was sighing and made it clear that she didn’t want to do the job. She even kicked the shoes I had taken off. The waxing itself was done far too aggressively, causing a lot of bleeding. Normally, oil is applied after waxing to soothe the skin, but she just left the room without saying anything. I was still undressed when she suddenly opened the door without noticing. It was a complete waste of money and by far the worst service I’ve ever received.

Kemani, once again, was gentle, swift, and made the time pass with laughter and huge skills. I appreciate how clean the salon is and how sweet everyone is. I’m definitely going to continue with her services.
